Describe the problem — automation, web, analytics, or CRM. Pick “Not sure” if you're not certain which bucket it falls into. We'll sort it out on a call.
For new inquiries I respond within one business day, usually faster. Once we're working together, you get same-day replies when something is blocking you.
Book a 15-minute scoping call
Pick a time that works. No prep needed — just bring the problem. No follow-up spam.
Questions people ask before reaching out
Honest answers, no fluff.
What does a typical engagement cost?
It depends on scope — what you're trying to achieve, what's already in place, and how much custom work is involved. I don't publish fixed rates because a Salesforce cleanup and a full SaaS build aren't the same conversation. After a 15-minute scoping call I'll give you a range and the trade-offs between options.
How long does a project usually take?
Most automation and integration projects are one to three weeks. Website builds are two to six weeks depending on content readiness and scope. Salesforce work varies the most — a cleanup can be a week, a full rebuild can be a quarter. I'll give you a timeline estimate before any work starts.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
That's what the scoping call is for. Tell me the problem, not the solution. Fifteen minutes is usually enough to figure out which lane it belongs in — and whether it's something I can help with.
Do you work with clients remotely?
Yes. All engagements are remote. I'm based in the US and work across time zones. Communication happens over email, phone, or video calls depending on what works for the project.
What happens after the project ships?
I hand off documentation and runbooks so your team can maintain what was built. If something breaks or needs adjustment, I'm available for follow-up work — but the goal is always to leave you independent, not dependent on a retainer.
Can you work on projects outside your listed services?
Sometimes. If the project is adjacent to what I already do well, I'm open to it. If it's genuinely outside my lane, I'll tell you on the scoping call rather than waste your time. I'd rather lose a project than do one badly.
