Terms of Service

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Engagement terms for paid work are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work for each project.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dupey Consulting and its owner, Kolton Dupey, are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
