PROJECT / AUTOMATION
Meeting Prep Automation
ACCOUNT DATA → MEETING PACKET
Review-meeting packets were assembled by hand from Salesforce, Orion, and Schwab. Built a one-click path that charts the account, summarizes activity, and drops a PDF on the Salesforce record.

THE STARTING POINT
The meeting was on the calendar. The packet was still in three systems.
Wealth-management teams hold client review meetings covering account performance, cash in and out, and what has changed since the last visit. The planner needed Salesforce, Orion, and Schwab in one place. Someone pulled those sources by hand, then assembled a packet - under time pressure, and not always the same way twice.
THE FLOW
One click in Salesforce. A PDF on the record.
Schwab and Orion keep account data current on a daily refresh. When the planner is ready, a button in Salesforce gathers that data, adds a one-sentence activity summary and branded charts, and Conga Composer writes a PDF back onto the record for review.

- 03AgentforceOne sentence on contributions, distributions, and key events

WHAT I BUILT
Salesforce is the hub. The other systems fill the packet.
I wired Charles Schwab, Orion, QuickCharts, Agentforce, and Conga Composer behind a single button. The planner does not leave Salesforce to go collect the meeting. The PDF is for the planner to review and approve - it is not an autonomous recommendation.

GATHER
- Client context from Salesforce
- Account data from Schwab and Orion, kept current daily
PREPARE
- Agentforce summarizes recent activity into one sentence
- QuickCharts returns branded charts for the document
HAND OFF
- Conga Composer merges a Word template into a PDF
- The file is written to the Salesforce record
WORKFLOW LOGIC
Keep the data current. Generate the packet when the planner asks.
Daily account pulls are separate from packet generation. Salesforce cannot place a native chart in a generated document, so charts come from QuickCharts. Agentforce had to be made consistent across the org - permissions, output shape, and request limits - before the sentence on the packet was usable.
- 01
Refresh
Schwab and Orion account data update on a daily schedule.
- 02
Click
The planner starts prep from one button in Salesforce.
- 03
Summarize
Agentforce writes one sentence covering contributions, distributions, and key events - not advice.
- 04
Chart
QuickCharts supplies the visuals the PDF can actually include.
- 05
Compose
Conga fills the template and attaches the PDF to the record for review.
WHERE IT LANDED
Meeting-prep material now arrives as one packet on the Salesforce record - current account data, a short activity line, charts, and a formatted PDF - instead of someone assembling three systems by hand.
I designed and built the workflow. It runs as an internal system.
MORE WORK
01AUTOMATION
DocuSign Automation
Contracts and forms were still created, sent, and filed by hand. Built a DocuSign pipeline so the standard path runs itself and only exceptions need a person.

WhatConverts → Salesforce
Paid leads were sitting in one tool while sales waited on manual CRM entry. Built a pipeline so new leads land in Salesforce in seconds, ready to call.
